Our Staff

Jim & Karen Starr
Owners, Starr family of companies
For over 25 years, my wife Karen and I have dedicated our lives to helping individuals and families navigate some of the most challenging moments they’ll ever face. Whether it’s recovering from catastrophic injuries, managing the complexities of workers’ compensation, or living with a debilitating illness, we’ve been there—advocating, guiding, and supporting every step of the way.
Our passion is rooted in purpose. There’s no greater satisfaction than seeing someone move from confusion and frustration to clarity and hope. We understand how overwhelming these processes can be, and our mission is simple: to make the difficult feel doable, and to ensure you never feel alone in the journey.
Along the way, we’ve built an incredible team of compassionate, skilled, and trustworthy professionals who share our values and commitment. Together, we deliver the service, attention, and results you deserve.

What People are Saying
Sarah H. has been there for me every step of the way. This place is wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for helping me get back on my feet. Even though I am disabled working is not impossible for me anymore.
I was on disability for a few years and as my health conditions improved and I felt better I was determined to work! Sarah has been my rock for the past 2 years! She’s absolutely amazing and available for any & all questions I have from updating my resume, cover letter, assist with job leads and provide direction when I felt lost! She connected me with Lisa who is also wonderful and was extremely helpful when I had issues reporting my income to SSDI one phone call and Lisa had it handled after I tried for many months getting disconnected after holding for hours at times. I believe everyone at Able Ready Employment Network is ready to assist in any way needed from the initial phone I made forward any contact has been positive! I highly recommend working with them as I wouldn’t use any other agency!
I’ve been on disability for about 3 years and decided recently I was going to try to be more self sufficient and start trying to get back into work. I’ve been working with Mikah through the entire process and she’s amazing!! She’s so kind and very supportive!!! Every time I have doubts or need help with something she’s right there ready to help me through it and eager to do research on the topic. Highly recommend going through Able Ready!!
