Meet Mikah Brandt. Mikah has over 14 years experience in the customer service field, helping people solve problems and access resources. She recently obtained her bachelor’s degree with a minor in psychology. Mikah has three amazing son’s, two are away at college while her oldest got his first job in another state after graduating!  Her dog Mara keeps her company while they are away. Mikah would love to assist you in navigating the Ticket to Work Program and obtaining employment in a job where you can flourish!

Kim is a mother of two grown daughters and a proud grandmother!  She is a dog lover and enjoys quilting as well.  Kim enjoys being a Career Coach because she’s able to closely interact with her client’s, and help them improve their lives.

Heather has been helping people as a career coach for four years and enjoy thinking outside the box. She lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and their cat, Groucho. Heather’s hobby is fostering stray kittens for a local animal shelter.

Sarah HortonTeam Leader

This is Sarah.  She has been working for Able Ready in the Ticket to Work program since Fall of 2020 and have enjoyed servicing this community and assisting them with getting back to work. Sarah has a Master’s in Social Work and over 9 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities. This also includes 5 years’ experience working as a Career Counselor. Sarah is a mother, military spouse, and avid book lover who never passes up an opportunity to curl up with a good book. She really enjoys providing employment support through the Ticket to Work program and hopes you will reach out so she can help you too!
